To protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and other users, and maintain the normal operation order of the Platform, please read carefully and fully agree to the following terms before using the Platform. By clicking agree, submitting complaint information or using the Platform’s services, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all contents of this Notice, and voluntarily abide by the agreements herein.

1. Purpose of Use

1.The Platform is only used to receive users’ legitimate, true and reasonable complaint requests, improvement suggestions and relevant feedback, providing a legitimate channel for users to submit their complaints and feedback.

2.It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform for any activities irrelevant to complaint and feedback, including but not limited to malicious attacks on the Platform, harassment of staff and other users, spreading rumors, slandering others/entities, disseminating illegal information and other illegal, irregular or improper activities.

2. Commitment to Information Authenticity

1.You undertake that the complaint content, supporting evidence, contact information and other relevant information you submit are true, accurate, complete and valid, without false or misleading statements such as fabricating facts, forging evidence, exaggerating demands or misleading the Platform’s judgment.

2.You shall bear all legal liabilities, economic losses and relevant adverse consequences arising from your provision of false, untrue or incomplete information. The Platform shall not be liable therefor. If the Platform or any third party suffers losses as a result, you shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law.

3.Please ensure that your contact information is valid so that staff can verify complaint details and feedback processing progress and results with you. Any failure to process demands normally due to invalid contact information shall be solely borne by you.

3. Complaint Content Specifications

Your submitted complaint content, supporting materials and relevant remarks shall not contain the following information; otherwise, the Platform has the right to handle them in accordance with the law:

1.Content in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, national policies and relevant regulatory requirements;

2.Content involving rumor-mongering, slander, insult, personal attacks, gender/racial/regional discrimination, violence, gore, pornography, obscenity, gambling, drugs, cults and other illegal, irregular, immoral or public interestdamaging content;

3.Content disclosing or disseminating others’ personal information (name, phone number, home address, ID number, bank card number, private photos, etc.) or trade secrets without prior permission;

4.Irrelevant advertisements, spam, repetitive submissions, malicious flooding and other content that disturbs the Platform’s order;

5.Other content that interferes with the Platform’s normal processing procedures, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of the Platform or third parties, or violates public order and good morals.

4. Platform Processing Rules

1.You may submit complaints with realname or anonymously. Anonymous submission may affect processing efficiency or results due to failure to verify identity or supplement information.

2.The Platform will strictly will strictly conduct registration, review, verification, processing and feedback of your submitted complaint information in accordance with established procedures, without commitment to immediate processing or specific results.

3.For complaints that do not comply with this Notice, contain illegal content, involve malicious repeated submissions, false demands or unverifiable information, the Platform has the right to take necessary and reasonable management measures when violations of this Notice or applicable laws are found, including but not limited to deleting content, rejecting acceptance, restricting access or suspending services. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform may take the foregoing measures without prior notice.

4.The Platform is only responsible for receiving, registering, reviewing and forwarding complaint information, and does not directly participate in the specific handling or mediation of the complained matters, nor directly bear any liability for compensation or indemnification arising therefrom. Relevant liabilities shall be borne by the complained entity in accordance with the law.

5.The Platform strictly prohibits any retaliation against complainants. Once discovered or reported, the Platform has the right to take necessary management measures according to the severity, including but not limited to restricting account permissions and deleting relevant content. If suspected of violating laws and regulations, the Platform will report to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

6.The Platform will retain relevant information within the period necessary for complaint processing, and delete or anonymize such information in accordance with the law after the retention period expires.

5. Personal Information and Privacy

1.Your submitted personal information, complaint content and supporting materials will only be used for complaint processing of the Platform. Submission shall be deemed as your consent to our collection and use of necessary information under these rules. The Platform will not illegally disclose, sell or use them for other purposes unrelated to complaints.

2.Please fill in carefully when involving sensitive information such as personal privacy and trade secrets. Any risks and consequences caused by your voluntary disclosure of sensitive information shall be borne by you.

3.The Platform will take reasonable measures to protect the security of the information you submit. However, the Platform shall not be liable for information disclosure or loss caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, thirdparty irregular operations or other uncontrollable factors.

4.You acknowledge and agree that your submitted information may be transmitted to servers outside your country/region for processing. The Platform will adopt protection measures in compliance with applicable laws to ensure equal protection of your information during crossborder transmission.

6. User Responsibilities

1.You undertake to bear full legal liability for all content you submit, and shall compensate the Platform or third parties for any losses caused thereby.

2.It is strictly prohibited to maliciously attack, intrude into or interfere with the Platform’s system by technical means.

3.If you violate any provisions of this Notice, the Platform has the right to take measures such as restricting usage permissions, suspending services or permanently banning accounts according to the seriousness of the violation. If the circumstances are serious and suspected of violating laws or crimes, the case will be transferred to the relevant authorities for handling.

7. Others

1.The Platform reserves the right to update this User Notice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and operational needs. The revised terms will be published on the Platform page and take effect upon publication.

2.If you continue to use the Platform’s services after the update of this Notice, you shall be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you shall immediately stop using the Platform’s services.

3.This Notice shall be governed by the laws of the place where the Platform operator is registered. Without violating mandatory provisions, if the laws of your country/region provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail. Any dispute arising between you and the Platform regarding complaint processing or Platform use shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction over the place where the Platform operator is located.

4.This Notice shall take effect as of the date of publication, and the final interpretation right shall be reserved by the Platform operator.
